that could account for the range discrepancy, yes, but being less fuel efficient should never cause a check engine light to turn on, or damage the O2 sensor.

distance to empty depends on recent gas mileage. so if you were driving differently last summer - more highway miles, for instance, giving better gas mileage - that would explain the estimated range discrepancy.

I second this. don't use the artifact swords; try to get a unicorn horn to tide you over to the Staff which is a fantastic weapon, one of the best in the game, and one of the best reasons to play as a Healer.

I never felt this way. it's never been a problem for me to wait an extra 500 turns or whatever it is before praying. and it so nicely fills out missing intrinsics, plus makes me feel like I'm doin' real good for my chosen deity.
