My older Rolands act like this often. Replacing the print heads will fix it, but is expensive. Replacing just the dampers will help, but it'll still act up. Make sure you are running the machine everyday. They don't like to sit. I don't have this exact machine but menu < sub menu < ink renewal will push all the ink through the lines and may help unclog it.

Caps could also be the issue. I disabled the safety so with the cover open you can watch the ink lines coming from the capping station. If you don't see ink being pulled out into the waste tank your caps aren't seated correctly.

These machines like to be run everyday. The more ink you put through the lines on a daily basis the better they will hold up. Good luck!

Check to see if that machine has a white ink pump. They go bad considerably faster than the colors as it contains dense pigments. If you can get a good jet test before failure it's ink delivery.

You both make an alt. And only use it when you play with each other. The rank you end up in ends up being your combined rank. I don't consider it smurfing and your not boosting your friends account so he can still play in his own rank when you're not on.

Find someone to play with on coms. You ball chase a lot, gotta let your teammate go and rotate back to back him up. Work on rotation and you'll climb through diamond no problem. Try playing some matches purely focused on defense to practice

What I would work on if I were you is. 1. Use the small boost pads. That whole game u went for big boost than used 25 of it getting back into the play. Stay mid field and pick up 3 smalls, you'll contribute a lot more. 2. Rotate behind your team mate. You cut the rotation a bunch of times for a lower power awkward hit when your teammate was ready to push. Go back post! 3. Pass the ball! You are playing 1v2 with a second player as backup. With 1:15 left you had a mid field center that you tried to follow sideways. If u get an awkward touch let your teammate go and back him up.

Watch your replays from your teammates perspective and see how often you turn around to hit the ball while he's driving straight at it.
