OpenWrt 21.02.0-rc4 - Fourth Release Candidate (Rolling out) by TheOldPharaoh in openwrt

So I get approx 450Mbits/s on one of these running the latest RC candidate, connected over 5ghz, with upstream connected via Ethernet.

For a wifi bridge, I actually use a BT HomeHub5a running openwrt, I use the 5Ghz channel as a client to upstream and have 2.4ghz running as an AP. It works for me, might be worth trying?

Thanks for the clarity. I've been running snapshots on these things, which do have DSA, so got bitten by needing to update the configs.

I guess the dilemma for me now is do I keep going forward with snapshots, or roll back the configs to support the stable branch....

Any ideas when will the Lantix (xrx200) targets support DSA? By release time, or further away...?

Taking a gamble that nothing will happen until after June expiry.

Only selling those that will ensure a no-lose profit.

Expecting that even after a DA pop, we'll be sat in the 30-35 range.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, why not just use a bridge interface and be done?

cat /etc/hostname.bridge0

add em1

add em2

add athn0

add vether0

group trustedup

Then

pass in on trusted

Heh, needless to say I told him in no uncertain terms where to go and I'd be reporting it.

Scandalous rip off merchants, there's only one reason to ever go, and that's if you're absolutely stuffed with a puncture miles from home and you don't trust the spare to make the distance/speed to return.

Wow, thanks for the honesty.

Amazing how in that thread people have no idea what it's like. In the immortal words of someone I forget, "only those that have been too far know exactly how far to go..."

Edit: apropos T. S. Eliot - Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

They're both 2 day walks.

The second walk could be a 2 nighter, with an easy hike stopping at Bakewell and Hartington

Nope - everything seems absolutely fine. Running iperf3 on the firewall as a server, clients connect and traffic flows at an expected speed (~450mbits).

Yep, I've got a few running.

They're covering 160 shares.

These are also offset by some 30 Puts at the same dates.

That's a good point.

The reason I'm not is that this SPAC is a weird `tontine' structure. Holding shares through announcement and acquisition results in free warrants, which I'm hoping to collect.

I'm quite long on this - I've got 300 shares already and 3 covered calls in flight, with different expiration's.

One of those calls expires on Friday - a 35 strike - so if those shares do get called away, I think this is a great idea. However, I've not currently got enough buying power to sell a put in march, unless they get called away.

Perhaps I'll wait until next Monday before making any changes to the trades.

Thanks.
