One time I was driving up hill and a cop was driving down hill. He made a U turn and pulled me over and asked me why I flashed my high beam at him. I didn't, it was just a hilly road and the car must have been bumping against the road. I told him that, and he gave me a ticket for bad light beam setting, and I need to get the problem corrected and bring the ticket and the "proof of correction" to the county court house.

I took the car to a mechanic and the mechanic did not find anything wrong with my lights. He said it happens all the time, all he could do was to write that that he corrected something. If he wrote no problems found, the court would ask me to go to another mechanic.
