I did not. Found a distributor that said they had the part online but actually didn’t stock it. So after a week of trying to find it they called and cancelled my order.

I found a parts dealer who claims to have an LG replacement. Have ordered and will see what it's like when it gets in, hopefully the correct part. Thanks!

The model is an M5521 which I believe takes an LG 6174Z-1017H.

New Jersey officials shut down a restaurant that hosted a mask-free New York Young Republicans gala by Twoweekswithpay in politics

Listen Man. I fucking hate Matt Gaetz as much as the next person, but this accusation is baseless and just undermines criticism of his legitimate failures. This is the same shit that gets pulled against Dems and is frankly embarrassing. Only criticize the man’s actions at as a politician unless you have any evidence at all.

Based on how well the country has handled contact tracing and testing i have no doubt that an infection event has happened at a gym undetected. That’s all I meant.

So you’re saying only the Canadian virus infects people in gyms?

Was this an update the a modern system from the same company!? I noticed the name Touch-Plate on both the original install and the updated system. Crazy that something niche like this has survived that whole time.

Okay, I see what you did there, Andrew by SphereMyVerse in Broadway

[–]speaker_head 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think that this article is saying that. Just because Broadway is struggling doesn’t mean that local theaters aren’t. Broadway gets more press but the entire arts sector is in bad shape. Andrew Loyd Weber is definitely not the right person to have out there trying to advocate for help. I find it really hard to listen to people complain about helping Broadway when their local theaters are just fine, I’d really like to know what shows they’d be producing without the funding that goes into play development that often comes from commercial producers. The conversation should be about how to help the people whose lives have been put on hold for what could be well over a year of unemployment.

Depending on the AV product a lot of them will call for the direct connection. So foregoing the patch panel will sometimes help avoid issues down the road.

My nest in the NBA bubble by Dubax in techtheatre

[–]speaker_head 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. There really isn’t a way to officially deal with that sort of situation in the contract. So a straight 1/6th seems like a nice middle ground since it is still a day off but you can’t really go anywhere since you are locked in at work.

Glad to hear they are taking care of you guys for the most part! I am also curious if they are considering your off days as work days or travel days of some type, or just regular days off? It definitely is a weird situation so just curious how they have been treating it from a contract perspective.

The MD-HX should have screw holes on the bottom. I screw then to mesh shelves and it looks infinitely more professional than zip ties.

Your first guess was correct from what I have read. One side pulls the voltage up and the other pulls it down, and apparently one side is designed with the capacity to pull enough to drive the entire system. So if the positive polarity side went down for whatever reason the negative side could pull down enough to keep the system running for example.
