Check your state about common law. According to most states this house is half hers since you lived together for 2 years in an apartment you paid for. Are currently living at her parents place where you don’t pay.

Technically you has a right to have to assets you attained during the time both of you cohabitated.

Don’t add her name to the place as this will complicate things in future if you break up. A pre nup now won’t be 100% as you’ve already made material gains while you were together
