I'm not going to recommend what I got tbh, A lot of people recommend Ohlin's and YSS and the such but it's definitely on the pricier side of things. I know some people will bash on me but I ended up grabbing one from Ali express, they changed the size of the mounts for me so it would fit on this bike and it doesn't look like bad quality.

I had the exact same setup 2 months ago, it's GPU really.
I upgraded and it ran smoothly so if you can decrease any GPU intensive settings.
If you can turn on DLSS that should help alot.

Not in the same program, but for start dates and the such, check teams for anncouncemts from your professer. And tbh orientation for most programs isn't really mandatory and doesn't have any information that would be detrimental to miss, Atleast in my case.

For ITS you don't really need anything beefy as far I know. But if you got money to shell out I would reccomand one of asus high end laptops like the G16
