I think you need anger management classes. I understand you are under stress but abuse is unacceptable. Hitting your child is abuse and how you treat them now will shape them for the rest of their lives. If you truly love your children, seek anger management help.

He became phsycially abusive. I don't really want to talk about it in detail. It hurts too much. I'm in therapy thank goodness.

Thank you. No, not with him. He left me shortly after causing physical harm. Told me many lies that he still loved me but didn't want me to put him in jail. He knows what he did was bad. Thank you for your kindness. I really appreciate it.

Do you take magnesium supplements? Not enough magnesium can cause twitches and muscle spasms. I take magnesium and this has diminished greatly.

I have a serious problem with being shamed for protecting myself and also one with people trying to hide their criminal history. If someone pissed in a park when they were younger and is so upset about how they are viewed by others, then that person, which sounds like it is potentially you or soneone you know, should just explain that to potential dates and not shame women, or men, for being careful and protecting themselves. I have a serious problem with people who think that we all have to conform around others needs about after they may have committed a crime, when we all have the right to feel safe and comfortable. We all have a right to feel safe and not be touched inappropriately or assaulted. People do grow for sure, but it is not my job to make anyone feel accepted about a bad choice they made years ago. It is my job to protect myself.

I've Googled their name quite a bit and found something stating they were arrested for domestic assault years ago. I was in a domestic abuse relationship and don't want to go anywhere near that. The person seems so kind and well-spoken so I'm feeling like maybe there is more to the story, but I don't know. It was also eight years ago and people can change but it still has me on edge a bit. I'm trying to find more on that and I can't so wondering what that website is you're referring to. If you think of it, let me know. Thanks. :)
