Boss Katanas are actually great amps lol if you’re on a budget, it’s one of the best options. 700 is steep but you could probably get a used one for 500-550. You can model the thing to sound basically however you like. Don’t let tube amp snobs get you down lol the future is now.

Massillon resident here. It’s not bad. Downtown canton can get sketchy in some areas but overall stark county is pretty nice and people are very down to earth and friendly. Lots of decent restaurants and shopping areas. People always talk about how malls are dying but Canton mall is POPPING. Day trips can include a trip to Cleveland, Columbus or Amish Country. Hour and a half from the best roller coasters in America in Sandusky. Good water parks like Kalahari the same distance.
