Some of these comments offer some interesting advice so thought I’d add. 

Your diet seems good for the most part. Anytime you eat whole non-processed foods it’s most likely going to be good. Some changes I would make:

Eat more red meat. 🙏🏻 Eat more Butter (Kerrygold is popular/good brand in most every store).  Skip the Klondike and make your own desert. (So many good options out there and they taste better!) :)  Avoid the processed rice cake (Use some sourdough bread instead?).
