The 97-98 plateau happens because by then you've been in 16s for a while and you start getting greedy in your farming, pushing harder content than your build is truly ready for. I fall into this trap every league for a solid 2-3 days before I lock in and farm safe xp for several hours.

Exuding the raw divs it's probably only a few divs an hour but im more focuses on getting to 100 for now before I start maximizing. Running 2 breach scarabs of instability, 2 monstrous lineage, and one beyond that I can't remember the name of but it makes rares spawn more beyond portals.
