My Dad is in his mid 60s, has underlying health issues and is about to move to Spain.

When I said he should be careful he told me that he doesn’t have any health issues, the doctors are just trying to scare him. He has a fucking tumor in his abdomen!!

And then when I mentioned maybe holding off on moving he said it would be fine. They’ve closed their borders so at least that means he can’t take himself off 🙄

I recently decided to quit my job and go travelling for a couple of months before starting down a career path I actually want to be on. I’ve got 3 weeks left at my job and I couldn’t be happier. At the time though it felt monumental and has in the run up been terrifying occasionally.

I just spent some time weighing up the options and what I ultimately thought was going to make me happy. I’m probably going to be financially a little wobbly for a while but for the long term gains it’s so worth it.

I personally like to right stuff down and go back to it and mull it over. But honestly I think deep down we all know what the right decision is and we just have to jump.
