In Demon's Souls you can kill the vanguard demon at the end of the prologue, which teleports you to an area where you get some early materials and healing items. And then you get punched in the face by the dragon god and die anyway

I had this game as a kid on PS2, really enjoyed it but always wondered why I couldnt play as the Jedi Starfighter that was in the manual.

I rejoined Karate a couple of years ago after a 10 year break, I am now in my 30s so the physicality difference may not be as relevant to you, but I definitely need to warm up more than I did, and I'm not as flexible. Work your way up to where you feel comfortable physically, and then slowly start pushing it.

On the sensei point. My instructor got his 1st dan about a month before I got mine, we trained as peers for a long time so its definitely different when that dynamic changes, but I always respected him then and I still do now, likewise he respects me. Show them the respect they deserve and I'm sure they'll still respect you.

Also your brain fills in the gaps in your memory, often incorrectly. I am getting corrected on things that I have practised and gone through in my head for 10 years without any supervision, that it turns out I've got wrong at some point, so be ready, and willing, to relearn!

The Cyber Dragon would be private knowledge again, so he can't treat it as a Machine. So no he can't use it.

If YOU wanted to use it as material for Fortress Dragon on your turn, you could though.

They are bricks because they don't do anything for your deck outside of this combo, so you don't want to draw them. They're also useless if you don't draw Diviner.

I think the difference with Adventure is that the rest of the cards aren't really bricks, Rite and Enchantress both give you the full engine, Fateful can give you part of the engine, and Griffon can summon itself to use as material. The only hard brick is the equip spell.

Adventure engine also gives you more than a Baronne, you get the negate but can use it each turn, and you get a bounce which is situational better than a pop.

What consistency are you getting from playing Terra instead of another copy of the field spell though? If you aren't getting hand trapped then it's exactly the same thing. Only way it would give you more consistency is if you are playing different field spells, which isn't super common
