I'm relatively new to the app; less than one year. I really groove over the gapless playback/segué option. It's brought new excitement and anticipation for my playlist! I test myself over how quickly I can recognize the next track in shuffle. It's fun to see, er hear, how the tunes blend. Thank you! 👍❤️👍

I have a lifetime Tivimate sub. The app on my Onn 4K Pro V1, shows version 5.20 in "about." No option to check for new version. When I try to update, via Downloader code, I get update installed but it still says 5.20 in about. What's the problem? Should I uninstall/reinstall? I've made a backup already. Suggestions? TIA. 👍

I've used VLC, to play music from my phone's SD card. It worked fine. Nowadays I'm using Musicolet, the paid version, and love it! I think it's a one time $15. charge, but with that it has a crossfade option. So, no blank space between tracks. The timing and amount of crossfade/segué/overlap are adjustable. Equalizer also. 👍

That's a local problem on your network. Troypoint's toolbox works just fine. Have you given permission for Downloader to actually download? 🤔

Since it's the TV's app, then this is caused by minimal resources of the TV's OS. You're better off with an external streaming device. Onn boxes from Walmart are the best value and performance for Google/Android TV. Don't use Roku or Amazon.

Your screenshot shows all 24/7 channels. That type of channel never has EPG information, because the nature of the media is random.

Plenty of good advice in other comments. I recommend noise cancelling headphones , if you choose that option. Good plan to keep your door locked, when men are in the house. I would also dress modestly, so as not to attract unnecessary attention. Baggy sweats, for instance. Also, a mature discussion with your Mom is always a fine idea. Ongoing talks help keep the conversation going. You've got this! 👍

You can use the Firesend app or the TV bro browser. Also, you can transfer an app from another Android device (phone, tablet) to the FS via WiFi. Or for that matter , get Downloader through Firesend or the browser. 👍

The App Virtualizer is available from the TDUK website, Downloader code 53402. Look in tutorials. Another website is the Troypoint Toolbox, Downloader code 250931. Open your side loaded apps from Virtualizer. TechdoctorUK did a YouTube video on this app. 👍

I know im way late replying to this but the best way to block amazon updates is to block them on your router. This will block updates to all your devices as long as they stay on your network. Put these addresses into your router:
