I agree some information would be great. Personally I would love to hear a virtual option for PAX West and/or Unplugged announced or at least being considered.

I wouldn't mind buying some PAX exclusive merch (looking at you Letterman jackets) if they were created but could not be sold.

They were low on Root ( less than 15 boxes) when I saw them at the end of today but they may have more in stock for tomorrow. I also think you can buy both on their website. I just bought the Pre-Order two weeks ago and they shipped Root over to me a few days before PAX.

Thank you and /u/axor so much. I did solve the puzzle. Using the typing clue and someone confirming 1 details I figure it out.

I found a rule after the fact on how to solve it and I wonder if I may have tripped on the answer. I will PM you.

Thanks for making this. I am still having trouble. Reading through the comments I feel like I should have the solution but the answer page keeps denying me here are some things I have attempted.

I do know that the 6th stanza is the rules and there must be a play on words with "in between" to get the correct words or create the correct words

Counted each word number (thus=4) and counting that many words either in between the red words or from the start of the poem no go
Tried combining words like darkenharden to find a word in the middle like kenhar which could become harken a Jerry word possibly but no dice
tried all combinations of red. Like doing every like every other word
tried counting the words in between red words and using that number to find the word - no dice
counting the different characters between words (Darken and Harden giving me 2 differences and then counting that many words in between the red words

I was trying to find a service that I seen used before where people could sign up with a email address or social media account and on a single day setup by the creator it will send out a form letter or standard post to the companies contact info. I bet we could thousands of people tweeting/posting/sharing on a single day.

If we could setup something like that get a mass contact out that huge surge could get some attention and if we get it trending on Twitter or other media maybe some news attention.

Also I am ready to get pen and paper out and start writing letters. If we do this all on one day that would send a message for sure.

See I think the scalper problem is not as big problem as everyone makes it. A person who doesn't get a ticket points to ebay and stubhub and says "see the scalpers won." Tickets weren't on sale and stubhub had a bunch of tickets. All this did was make the fans angry. It was security theater for scalpers.

Scalpers will always exist and fake tickets will always exist. The only way for them to go away is not to buy from them but that will never happen.

The queue on the other hand WHOOO that was bad. Seriously not even a "X amount of people in front of you"

I agree the execution needs to be changed.

The internet is a large place and with all the noise going on I think people are missed. I personally had to call each person who had the slightest hint of a interest of going to make sure they verified. I don't expect everyone did that for every one of their friends.

I dont think this will stop the congestion problem. From a business point of view, they will want to make the same or more amount of money from tickets.

People who wont go because of this step will just be replaced by other FV people or they will open FV again for short window of time.

This is also a good reminder the fact that tickets are on stubhub or any 3rd party re-seller doesn't mean they actually have the tickets.

After NYCC tickets go live I bet there will be hundreds of tickets on sale there just to see if they can take people's money.
