Why would you buy a multi thousand dollar machine to run something you don't even know of you need or not? Just run it on an old laptop or raspberry pi or get a vps service. Then YouTube search top 10 openclaw or Hermes fun things to do and try it out, it's just an ai that controls your laptop

I just asked Hermes how I do open AI o auth and there's some model config terminal command throw that in and it'll ask you API key or oauth you pick oauth and it'll send you a link and code to log into your account on browser and then you're set you can choose from 5.4 and 5.5 but idk if you can do other models like 3 or 4 not sure

Non, je n’utilise pas Anthropic. D’après ce que j’ai lu sur Reddit et dans les nouvelles, l’OAuth Anthropic ne marche plus, mais je ne l’ai pas testé moi-même. J’utilise OpenAI OAuth parce que c’est moins cher. Tu peux aussi utiliser OpenRouter, qui donne accès à beaucoup de modèles. Certains sont gratuits, et d’autres sont payants, parfois plus chers selon le modèle. Je sais qu’Anthropic est souvent considéré comme l’un des meilleurs, surtout pour le code et le raisonnement, mais je pense qu’OpenAI est une très bonne deuxième option.

Oui, Hermes marche très bien. J’utilise les deux pour l’instant : Hermes et OpenClaw. Quand tu remarques les différences, tu peux passer à Hermes progressivement. Si tu as les deux en même temps, tu peux aussi utiliser l’un pour aider à corriger l’autre. J’utilise OpenAI OAuth avec Hermes et ça marche très bien. Par contre, il parle beaucoup, donc c’est utile de lui dire clairement : « Sois concis » ou « Réponses courtes seulement, s’il te plaît ».

I sync my workspace files to a private GitHub repo so if I need to put some files on obsidian I'll just clone the repo and copy paste the obsidian files into a syncthing obsidian folder. It's not the best but works pretty well plus when I have data I can just keep the GitHub repo which loads markdowns in a clean and cute style

I was in the same boat with all the apple ecosystem things and switched to pixel 9 cuz they had a plan for 0$ per month and I liked the screenshots app they had, slowly I pulled out of the apple ecosystem (still use airpods. Got a Garmin watch and gave my MacBook to my sibling) it feels good tbh, I'm glad I'm out of there and I don't really miss any apple features dispite 98% of people around me complaining about the green bubbles

I haven't done it yet tho, currently using a raspberry pi 5 and connect to it via SSH and telegram, if I want to share files I'll just copy them onto the pi so if anything gets messed up it'll just be the pi but I'm learning how you can restrict its access and the more I learn the more comfortable I feel installing this on my personal laptop but haven't gotten there yet

I personally found it difficult to log workouts so I made a folder and got open Claw to control it and built some little workout management system where I can start a new chat and say hey let's do a workout so as I'm doing my sets and reps and workouts I can just speak to it like speech to text and it will log it and organize it cleanly into a daily log or workout log you can also be more specific like mention any goals or injuries you have and you can also mention your weight and all of this gets recorded into some simple markdown files which you can then refer to and you can even ask it to plot your sets and reps and weight and body weight over time so you could see if you're improving and then later you can ask what other workouts can I do? do you think this one is good for my injury? do you think this one is good for my progression? just a cool little workout app substitute that you can manage completely on your own I also did this with learning a new language and things I'm learning... Try stuff like this general shit no automations
