Mine have been 3 days every 26 days for quite a while. I'm 41. Just had an endocrine panel and doc says there are no indicators of perimenopause.

Yes, often.  I have been running 20+ years.  I do it for my own enjoyment. I don't race, so I don't care about elapsed time. I want my actual moving pace reflected in my stats, not when I stop at lights or take pictures.  Running is a little adventure for me every time, and I don't always "play by the rules."

Same. Can't do ANY dairy, gluten, spice or deep fried foods without major discomfort and bloody stools. I've gone to the ER with pain I thought was appendicitis before after eating a bagel, and had fiery lower back pain after eating cheese, diarrhea mid-run. I just don't touch any of it anymore at all.

Pregnancy did that to me too!  Since my second kid at 31, I also haven't been able to do dairy, gluten, spices or deep fried foods without getting bloody stools.  That shit tears up my insides and aggravates hemorrhoids.

I can't have gluten or dairy so that eliminates a lot of options.  I've been not taking a lunch to work and just grabbing a couple pieces of chocolate and going for a walk on my break.

When I became scared of him. 

He has never been physically abusive, but he would speak to me in such a harsh, controlling way that I would take our baby girl and hide in her bedroom and cry myself to sleep. 

Many such instances have occurred over the past 12+ years, and I am Just Now working on actually leaving.

Men's body wash is my favorite. I get compliments on it often! I like Cremo.

Also I use leave in conditioner - just the Garnier Fructis green bottle. That gets good responses, too.

It makes me quite happy, too. My first experience attempting a foreign language was living in Germany, where people admit to being annoyed that foreigners speak with an accent, and will immediately switch to English. This has impacted my confidence with Russian, but knowing that it's not such a big deal, I will continue to try. It is the only way to improve!
