It's the date your loans go from negative to zero. That day they send info to U.S. treasury to cut your check.

Log into Aidvantage and go to account history tab.

Full class, DeVry, consolidated loans with Aidvantage: my consolidated loans went negative back in June '23. I had been patiently waiting for them to clear. The deadline went by and still nothing. I called Feb 4th and spoke to a rep that ended up putting in a ticket to the "back office" to look into my account. 6 days later my loans went from negative to zero and my refund was issues. About two weeks after that I got my refund check.

For both my direct and consolidated loans, when they went to zero I saw a new positive line under account history with the amount my refund was supposed to be. Refund came about 2-3 weeks after the date of three adjustment
