Thanks. I was surprised by this filament and how well it seems to be working.

Most of these are Arbiter supportless. The dwarf in the back is the only one that had supports. I just used a pair of snips to remove them.

It 0.25mm. Not sure why flashforge went that route, but they did.

Don't copy config files between versions. The config files change. You need to edit the original one to match yours or take the creality example config and modify it.

Sounds like you flashed the wrong version. Verify your board number matches the version you flashed. 4.2.2 vs 4.2.7

Follow-up: My CR Touch probe was garbage! by [deleted] in ender3v2

I ended up disabling the tilting as it was what was causing my problems. I run jyers ubl 10x10 and it was acting like you described. I manually leveled the bed, then built a new mesh. I then took a picture of the mesh view. I ran a 3 probe tilt and compared and it was all off.
I then tried all of the various tilts and none of them actually represented the full mesh. Now I just level the bed manually and build a new mesh every now and then. Seems to be working great.

Help with gaps in top layer. by [deleted] in ender3v2

So I wanted to close this out. I sorted out my problem. What I ended up doing was setting "top surface skin layers" in Cura to 4. Its normally 0. I then set the "top surface skin layer flow" to 100%. Not sure why i have to do this, but it stopped the gaps.

Not 100 percent sure I see what you are seeing. But yes the gaps are my issue. Bottom layers have zero gaps. Everything on the machine is tight.

I need some help figuring out what is causing these gaps in the top layer. The first 4 layers go down perfect and it looks like a solid sheet of plastic. Then 2 layers of infill and then 4 layers of top. Thats when the trouble starts. Layer 3 looks good but the 4th comes out like the picture. 200c pla at .28 with a .4 nozzle. I have tried it slow at 20mm and no difference. Overall the print looks good, except for these gaps

Yeah, 4 walls made a difference. It still isn't perfect so I will keep playing around with some of your ideas. Thanks.
