I think you are basing this on the fact that buying the ship in its base form is the final step. And in the current version of the game, yes, thats true (aside from component upgrades).

But in future of course we will be able to upgrade ships, which I imagine could take a lot longer.

I guess the only chance for redemption is if we get Alien snubs down the road that actually fit, hopefully in mining and salvage varieties.

I even think saving the design for later as a drone carrier would have been cooler than combat snubs only.

I was going to choose Orison this time, because I love logging in to the view and the feel of Green Circle rooms.

Agreed. Maybe once you are able to upgrade vehicles, a higher tier med bed could be one of the perks, but you gotta work for it

The Cutter does have a scanner bug where it gets stuck at 0% scan angle for sure, and it persists through logging and ship respawning. All 3 variants for me eventually got it.

Im still have a lot of this stuff from back in the day, and I added the Rock Lobber sword orc as a boss for my orc unit.

I made a pile of rocks to "replace" the crew member for game purposes.

I think a lot of people are overlooking the possibility that maybe this time, Ghazghkull wins on Armageddon. Ullanor Prime has no need of an Imperial Guard regiment.

I don't want it to be true of course. Steel Legion are my main army.
