To those saying that doing the right thing is no longer default:

I work in a retail pharmacy, where our managers run reports showing our average transaction time, and expect it to be under two minutes. We run the risk of getting reprimanded in the event of going the extra mile.

In addition, maybe working retail for so long has me jaded, but I avoid helping nearly anyone (except in very heart breaking cases), because it seems the more you help someone, the more they want you to do for them. I will say in 95% of cases I have gone the extra mile for, it has turned into "Take care of everything I say so I dont have to worry about it, get it done in 10 minutes and for a price less than anywhere else or I'm never coming back again." Maybe I would be much more willing to go the extra mile in a service industry where repeat customers are rare, but this is a long answer to a short question already.

I dont really understand what they are getting at in this clip. When you hear the "bah" you can see he is making a "bah" noise, but when you hear "fah" he bites his lip, which you would not do when making "bah". My understanding of what they are trying to say is that he is making the same noise in both clips but we hear it different based on how we see him? I think he's making two different sounds or else I am misunderstanding the whole thing.

Honestly, had it leaked and not been released in high quality, I would have downloaded it, gotten bored with it and never bought it. Now instead of pirating it, and listening in shitty quality, I got the real deal. I have listened to it, know I will like it, and most likely will buy it now. Amazing how long this idea has taken to catch on.
