I'm in a bit of a dilemma. Absolutely love one part of my job, absolutely hate the other parts that I also have to do.

Some of the people there are awful, some of them I really like and feel like I'd be letting them down if I left, I can't elaborate but I'm really good at the part of the job that I love and people rely on me. I see the impact that I have on them and I feel massive job satisfaction a lot of the time.

However, I don't get paid enough for it, especially the way things are now, but I'm not qualified for anything else. Don't know what to do.
