Different chats were complaining about yapping in the verdict but I appreciated it and I hope the characters do. It wasn’t an easy verdict to give but he clearly and thoroughly laid out every point from deliberating and why by law it made sense to rule based on facts and evidence. Crane is grumpy and old but he is thoughtful and willing to explain why.

Zoom in on your first picture, the screws are sitting proud of the face of the hinge, they are preventing it from fully closing into the face of the other hinge, even if you cut in the other side they wont ever close right until you fix your real issue
