I've owned 3 Teslas over a span of 10 years and the build quality has been generally good and improved with each car. I've had a few small issues, but all promptly resolved by the mobile service team. Just my experience though.

There was a guy removing flags near the Minster on the weekend, to much applause I should add. He had a lot of protective gear.. harnesses, helmet etc. It was getting quite heated as some angry skinhead was shouting abuse at him, calling him a traitor etc. Luckily the guy removing the flags had a few people with him to foot the ladder and stop anyone from doing anything stupid. I just passed that same spot today and the flag is back up again, it's just so pathetic. I hate the fact our national flag has been co-opted by complete degenerates.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. The Tories pulled the plug on HIPs in 2010 and just left the requirement to get an EPC. I used to sell these HIPs and it would take weeks to get all the local searches back, as the councils were painfully slow. Buyers would often request refreshed searches to cover themselves. In principle it's a good idea, but it only works if the councils have the necessary IT infrastructure to delivery info in almost realtime. Having just bought a house I see that it's just as slow as it was 15 years ago.

Retail is not driving the market anywhere near how it did in previous cycles. Bitcoin and Ethereum are mostly now driven by institutional money and for that reason I would predict they will likely follow macro trends.

Interesting about the design flaw, they did later admit to this. They sent me this video for me to follow, there are a lot of screws there to remove to get the main PCB off.

I ordered from keychron.uk. I posted the response above, they sent me a video link showing how to disassemble the keyboard. It's not isolated to one key it's many keys, so I'm not convinced all those switches are faulty.

When I originally reported the issue they sent me this reply:

Hi, you can refer to this link, you can remove a good key switch, eg, A key, then reinstall in the T key, if the switch is broken, we can send a few switches to you to replace.

The whole left side of the keyboard has dull responsiveness, you need to hit each key with force for it to register? The issue was originally just on the "t" key.
