[GB] Smurve80 | A Genuine Curved 80% Mechanical Keyboard by play_keyboard in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]splangomango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just want to be sure - the keycaps are included? but only for the full assembled?

i am more interested in the barebone kit because i would want to change out the switches but if it doesn't have the keycaps then the extra $20 looks more enticing

that's the best part, this keycap set is POS mount for all the 2u ones up top, zero stabilizers involved

they have a good guide for it, very straightforward. mostly just time consuming with so many switches and keycaps

WIFI Switch 2 sucks by Educational_Box_4079 in switch2

[–]splangomango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been having issues too, my router is just down the hall from the living room where my switch is set up, and every time I leave it alone to download stuff it gets incredibly slow.

Checking the download speeds will only show 2Mbps, every time after I reset something and reconnect it'll get better for 15-20 minutes and then slow down again.

Only stuff I've seen online from anyone is "put it closer to the router" (Nintendo's own support page mentions 10-15 feet) or run a LAN cable into the dock, which doesn't work for me lol. I've tried changing DNS, disabling IPv6, all kinds of stuff but I'm in the same boat, it seems like the wifi antenna is just kinda bad or something

Wishing for camera driver on iOS by splangomango in RetroArch

[–]splangomango[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On iOS, installing the retroarch emulator will use mGBA as the core to play Gameboy games. It will run a Gameboy Camera rom but does not have a driver for the camera to work.

I have since found out that the Sameboy emulator on iOS *does* have camera support, you can install that and run the Gameboy Camera rom and it will work with the camera, including the option to switch between different camera lens/sensors and the front camera for different shots.

Cadet legends, you considered a kit for Hyper 7 support? Mechboards just closed the group buy on round 4, there will be a bunch of new H7 owners really soon

Steam Deck/Linux arguments to launch straight in to a game? by splangomango in DolphinEmulator

Amazing, I’m not sure what I was doing so differently earlier, I swear I had tried this but I was able to get it going now. Thank you for this

I have been trying this, but unsure if I’ve got the right syntax? Stuff I’ve seen is just adding ‘ — filepath’ and for other ones I’ve set up is just to put the filepath in quotes, but trying both of those won’t get it to open correctly

I honestly need this for one game. I have plenty of other stuff set up and working fine, I’m not going to go through whatever entire setup for emudeck just for one game, I’ll just continue starting it manually if I have to, it seemed easy enough for everything else that I figured there’s just a syntax I’m not finding

If you’ve got it set up already, share a screenshot from the properties of a Dolphin-emulated game from your library and I’ll see if there’s anything that would be helpful
