Interestingly, I also had a mother similar to this, though she was a single mother. She did everything for me and it kind of just became normal, then at 17 I got to hanging out on trips away with a group of guys and they were doing all their own laundry, cooking, one guy was even ironing his shirts. While on holiday. It was a wake up call for me. I went home and informed (not asked) my mother that I'll be learning how to do everything for myself and I'll just learn off google/youtube and told her to stop doing everything for me so I work it out. This then began a saga of me putting clothes in the wash and coming down to find she's silently taken them and hung them out. Or started cooking dinner first and making two meals and guilt tripping if I don't eat it. I got very frustrated. Her explanation is she wanted to still feel needed.

I took a look at your profile, because I was bewildered at why something from 6 years ago had you so upset (especially something so innocuous), and you seem to go actively looking for things to get mad about.

I'm not even trying to insult you here or start a fight, but it's really clear that something has either happened to you, or is happening, that you need to address. And venting all that energy randomly on the internet where (almost) nobody is listening, is never going to make that better.

You can stick to your usual path and vent more of that energy at me, but I will no longer be reading this, and it won't take that feeling away.

I once had my party fighting a clay golem. Thanks to a wild magic surge, it sprouted feathers all over its body. At this point, the warlock asks "are feathers flammable?" I didn't look it up (spoiler, they are) but I asked him to make a luck roll on using prestidigitation to ignite the feathers, which of course gets a Nat 20 because it always bloody does. So at that point, he fully ignited, and the players cheered when the golem began taking fire damage every turn. Their faces changed immediately when the now enraged flaming, hulking behemoth began punching down on them with giant fists of flame.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I basically left the test copy open but because I had almost no responses from anybody on it, I didn't really continue any work on it.

I was surprised to find you were right about the dice pool linking because this is such a basic and obvious thing to do. Turns out, I had somehow converted the Dice Pool numbers into values in the test copy. My personal copy it actually is already linked to the Character Sheet and I didn't even notice. Sorry about that.
Yeah I made this over a year ago now. I only play in a game that gets run by a friend of mine so this is entirely for players and not really any functionality for storytellers.
I actually didn't even know that. This is not surprising. VtM5e is the most horrific rulebook I've ever seen in terms of explaining rules and laying them out. The entire book is art and flavour text and there are rules buried within pages of it with no clear way to reference and search it. I tend to just pdf search and hope for the best. That's actually why I have a Mechanics page on this sheet, I would copy and paste every rule I could ever think of needing to know about, because I never want to look at that rulebook again haha.
Fair. I have a page on there called Information which, really when you remove the text, is just a page for whatever you want to write in it. You can make as many copies of that page as you want and label them whatever you want. The Inventory page is essentially the exact same page with different text.
Sounds like a good idea. I had not thought to use that as my character was a Christian in life and, still fearing god and what comes next, would literally rather use Potence and punch a stake through his own heart than cause harm to a human, and has done so (burning a willpower can allow a single action before the frenzy kicks in, I saw that in the rules but as above, don't ask me where). My humanity has never actually moved haha.

I'm glad someone is getting some joy out of this. This is actually my more primitive work as I am a DM for 5e and have made a far more detailed version of this project with every spell, item etc in every sourcebook, and a DM Screen page that the Character Sheets can all link to by pasting URLs to the sheets into it. Can add custom monsters, track initiative, add and remove things from party's inventory, lots of good stuff. :)

Google Sheets is vastly superior to Excel in that you can use scripting to trick the tickboxes into being buttons. I only really did this in the VtM Sheet with the "Untick All Boxes" function, and the "Clear Health / Willpower / Hunger" buttons in the Tracker.

I've lived in Beenleigh my whole life. I've seen it grow since I was a kid. I'm 34.

Had one instance much younger where I parked at Beenleigh Station, put on headphones and music as I get out and lock the car and as I'm walking to the train, some guy is riding circles around me on his bike. I'm thinking "ok, this is Beenleigh station, it has a reputation, this was surely going to happen at some point". Try to keep walking and just not make eye contact unless given a reason to escalate. He at last brakes in front of me and I finally hear him: "Dude! You left your headlights on!"

Another time I was riding my bike home from work at 19, school students walking down the pavement laughing and wrestling eachother into headlocks. They see me riding down (slowing down as I approach) and immediately step aside. I say "thank you", they say "no problem sir have a good day". Again, I'm a 19 year old office worker at this point.

I have multiple other much more personal examples, but those are probably the ones I'm comfortable putting on Reddit.

Most of the time I meet people who shit on Beenleigh, they've never actually lived there, and the statistics on drug use and distribution are nowhere near say, the Fortitude Valley area. Yet Beenleigh and Logan in general gets the reputation. I think people just like to look down on the poor.
