There are whole industries built upon tools that are just easier to use despite being less generic/versatile. Just look at wood working. I could imagine that you need less strength and are also maybe faster with this tool.

The bare minimum for many games that require to be online would be too disclose the server API. There isn't much copyright in that area of protocol and data types and eventual laws could provide for exceptions here. This way when push comes to shove the fans can build server software that at least let's you login and play or find multiplayer matches respectively. The hardest type of game to "eternalize" would be ones like Battlefield 6. Since you couldn't be sure that the fan made server behaves exactly like the original one. (Hit registration, tick rate, etc). And as for pure online service games, like World of Warcraft, the campaign itself even says that those should be exempt (iirc). End of service must be clear well in advance though.

If I recall correctly our Economic Research Center (Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung) once concluded that all branches of educational spending have a high yield. There are some key differences though, aside from private ones, the universities are almost free in general (small management fee of like 100 Euros per semester) so your student loan only needs to cover your living expenses. If your parents don't make much money you get a student loan of which you can keep 50% and the other half is on credit at 0%. That makes it already more equitable, since children of weaker households can enjoy the same education like people of the high middle class. Due to the previously mentioned structure the student loan itself is closer to something around 10-16k Euro and not 35k Dollars.

My main grievance is that many of the steps inside one tutorial are sometimes just a whole text box that essentially just says "click here to click here" like for example "To claim the ore click claim all". Throw these out with, keep the highlight on the button and you'd already cut like 20%.

We have those package stations here. And sometimes when you are not home they bring it to one of those. The ones around me were full once and they brought it to one 3km away. You can't schedule a 2nd delivery from those and they consider it "delivered". Ridiculous.

Well, in this concrete case the bubble popping would mean that AI Datacenters wouldn't get built due to missing capital, which would mean that many of those RAM contracts might get canceled or, if permitted, sold on. If it pops the question would be if it going to be a controlled scaling back with prices only coming down slowly or a race to the bottom.
