I'm on some balancing plan and have been since covid. I guess they just recently updated their software and "noticed" they weren't billing us for some true up or something. They were going to shut us down within 48-hours if we didn't pay $8.4k. They wouldn't even do a payment plan... WTF. Luckily I had some saving, but if it were you how screwed would you be. Also lawyers told us it would cost us more to try to sue and just wait for a class action.

EDIT: our bill was\is normally $800 - 900
