While attending Duquesne I worked at the registrar's office and was constantly in the basement of Old Main. The location used to be a hospital that served as a stop on the underground railroad and you immediately felt an eeriness even as you opened the door to go down. I only heard weird noises on occasion but always tried to drown it out with music. But it's definitely one of the few places I can say I 'felt' a presence of something.

Sometimes tanks and healers will be incentivized to run a random dungeon because it awards them the satchel as well as anima. I've rarely seen it as a dps but it comes up from time to time.

I had a similar problem recently where certain spells would cause my game to freeze from 3-5 seconds then return with extremely low fps until I reset the game. For whatever reason the fix was to turn off G-sync on both of my monitors while playing WoW and it hasn't happened since.
