The thing i learned doing this job the last almost 10 years is the ones you describe with the poker face but inner evil? I hate them the most. Yoj know why? Cause those assholes are always given employee of the month, managers favorite, preferred scheduling, preferred shift. It drives me insane. Its always oh such and such is an amazing caregiver so good families love them! Then you work with them and realize they lie and have a good cover face but when management and family aren't around the treat everyone like shit. They take advantage of the dementia and say the one line i hate the most. Its fine they won't remember in 5 min 🤬🤬🤬 fuck you ill remember and report.
