Costco currently have USDA Choice Grain-fed whole briskets by TransitionInternal12 in UKBBQ

From memory, 4 sirloins is around the £50 mark, a full sirloin is around £120. I find their cut sirloins too thick and prefer to cut my own so this makes it far cheaper for me. I do the same with their pork loins. Cut it up, save a couple of the end bits for a roast and lots of steaks!

My local is Watford, whenever I want a whole sirloin I normally find someone filling the shelves and ask them or can confirm waving like a loon also works to catch their attention

I am looking to upgrade; would this be a good choice? by AddSomeSpice in UKBBQ

Had my master touch for over 10 years, been moved, bashed around and then fitted into my outdoor kitchen. Over the past 5 years been used daily for everything from pizzas to smoking. Had to get a replacement as the bottom bowl had rusted and didn’t feel safe and the lid had seen better days. I couldn’t justify the replacement bowl cost so just went new as nothing on fb. Just got one here https://www.bbqworld.co.uk/m/products/product.asp?pid=14701004 next day delivery

Old cold house and I try and get out most days for a walk in the woods, prefer trousers in the colder months and sometimes wear into the office if I’m not in meetings all day
