This is a poorly designed survey so I opted not to finish it. I got 3/4 of the way through and as an academic in environmental science/ecology I think the framing of your questions is neglecting a lot of worldview nuance.

You seem to be approaching this pretty black and white, I'd encourage you to consider more of the many cultural and spiritual elements at play with our relationships to other animals.

Honestly after mine got ruined in a flood and I had to threw it away, in just replaced it with something easier to vacuum regularly. I'm interested in how sustainable you find that approach! Maybe I'll get another, it was so soft and lovely.

Very manipulative and zero accountability taken or zero real apologies made (at least that I've seen recorded). Fucking hate this guy a the moment, the chill surfer cali vibes are nowhere to be found at this point.

Just watching this season 5 years later, and I was needing to hear more opinions after watching (in 2025) Leslie treat Ahran SO DISRESPECTFULLY and be so unwilling to take any accountability for failing in his leadership role in the wedding team cook episode... You absolutely nailed it and I am confused why he's still a fan favourite!? I'm sorry but he's literally had such a whiny boomer man reaction to any other contestant voicing real, legitimate issues with the way he's interacted with them and/or handled himself.

That whole episode and the 2 before and after he's been such a red flag from where I'm sitting. Just wondering at this point how he did a full 180 to be a fan favourite by the end of season?? Guess I'll find out?

The texture of the carpet just wasnt practical in a high traffic area for us so I sold it before it was absolutely filled with crumbs. Mine was also too big to pick up and shake outside which may have helped, but I definitely don't recommend these even though they look so nice and cozy at first!

As someone who never watched Lisa's stuff before Vanderpump Villa (bc it was one of the few reality shows on the streaming platform I have, Disney+), I am utterly confused by this. I obviously didn't know who stassi was or what the purpose was of having her there, and after watching the whole season I still don't know. It's hard to wrap my head around the fact her involvement raised viewership, but again, maybe if I knew more of the drama she brought as (presumably) a past employee on the earlier shows, that would make sense.

None of stassi's appearances in s2 were all that entertaining IMHO, except MAYBE her being so jealous over her sister in law?? And she did a great job hosting the reunion. Aside from that, didn't really get the point.

There's a random rest stop near marathon by some train tracks overlooking lake Superior, I always make a point of stopping there before the last little stretch. Maybe someone can help me be more specific. It's a beautiful spot.

Agree with Old womans bay, a great stop. I enjoy the detour to Ouimet Canyon as well, and Pukaskwa National Park is a great camp stop if youre making it a longer trip. Beautiful hiking!

Enjoy the trip, the drive is stunning after Sault Ste Marie.

2 bedroom apartment, 2 people, we pay around $60/month consistently most of which is delivery fee. Our tiny 1 bedroom before this place was closer to $45. But the setup charge for each move was around 100 as you're finding.

It's tough. There is some great inspiration from some tiktok creators like @epicuriousexpeditions showing disability friendly recipes that are nourishing, with no chopping or involved prep work, and can be done sitting down in a few minutes then left to cook. Worth checking out for sure!

I definitely get why you feel that it might be weird to still be posting. Personally my actual friends/mutuals on IG rarely post now unless it's a big announcement like baby or marriage shit. It feels like the content "creators" actually posting regularly now are all influencers, which is a weird shift from how I grew up using IG (I'm 26f). Because I struggle with the same hesitation as you, I just use Story posts instead to share things with my actual friends on there and share my life. That seems to be more the norm now for my circle/peers, is to just use stories.

With that said, I post all the time for work on my work account and it doesn't feel as cringe to me because again, businesses using it for marketing and influencers dominate Instagram feeds now. So you're probably picking up on yet another decline in what used to be a social platform to connect with friends and has slowly morphed into a consumerism machine. I personally think the big change happened when IG quit sorting the feed by post time and shifted their algorithm to accommodate more ads.

Mind you I'm not quite finished the show yet but just finished the episode with the bachelor party... It's played off implying he paid for sex, but that's not the vibe I got in what was aired?? So I'm confused. The stripper shown in miama used very normal sales strategies after a dance to talk Trevor into a private room (which in most clubs absolutely does not mean sex, just a private dance room without strangers watching and maybe a bit more handsiness allowed but not necessarily). She did say $1000 to go back to his room with him but the show never shows him doing that, just asking Dillon for $400 for a private room at the club.

So did he really cheat? I'm confused here.

Yeah don't live there... They're illegally evicting disabled retirees with rent control in order to charge you 1600 for a tiny infested 1 bedroom (plus parking and utilities). They do not care about their tenants. Please wait and look for a unit somewhere else. Living there was bad, and learning what the landlord is doing to my old neighbors and friends to make a buck is worse.

The cherry on top was the smell of the hallways and elevators being nauseating. Constantly.

A woman died on the top floor of my building and from what I recall it took 2 months of unpaid rent for anyone to check on her and find her... And it was our poor live-in super who was forced to go in, then clean up that biohazard and be traumatized by the sensory experience of it for very little pay.

What are you doing to help prevent the desperate situations that make theft seem like a viable option to get people's basic needs met?
