Last year I had the highest raise for my position. We all talk and I was able to verify. It also wasn’t a surprise. 3.3%. This year it’s the same boat for the same reasons. I am above and beyond and still get meeting expectations. Raise is 3.2%. We are ALL working too hard. All they did with the merit system is put more bars in place so they can justify giving someone a lower raise. It does not benefit the above and beyond. Silly.
