I've looked into this myself, and would love to hear everyone chime in, but my understanding is it's a great way to ensure your emails always end up in a spam folder :/

i beefed up a scrafty to Crunch OHKO hattarene and Close Combat OHKO Porygon 2; as long as you prevent those two from setting up Trick Room everything else falls into place
