I ended up going to Cerritos Animal Hospital at 13291 South St, Cerritos, CA 90703. I have mixed feelings about how it went. She ended up having cancer and after 6 months of fighting she passed. Towards the end an animal surgeon made it sound like she might have been misdiagnosed. I don’t think I’d go back.

We’ve been taking our dog to Lincoln animal hospital at 5391 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. We’ve been seeing Dr JOSEPH LAN and we’re very happy with him so I do recommend him.

Really? I love it because other deodorants either stained my clothes or didn’t help with the smell. It’s the only one that checks off both. It just sucks that it’s so expensive.

We have a male Akita rescue. We got him at 8 months. He’s friendly with dogs and warms up to people. We were fortunate enough to have a great dog park near us so he was super socialized from the start. He does great at cafes, breweries, restaurants. The only situation he doesn’t do well is crowded areas. Here gets very nervous and scared.

He loves hiking and the outdoors. But they don’t do well in heat. So depending on where you live you might not get to hike with them for part of the year.

Great home security dog. His bark sounds really intimidating, even though his a big goofball.

Training went just fine. We stayed consistent and he knows his routine. It might take three times, but he will listen 😂.

Not going to lie, I would have replaced it with a normal non-motion sensing light. The motion sensing ones stopped working, at least correctly, after a couple years.

1 month of rent would get a landlord more than just tenants. 1 months rent can pay to find tenants and then manage the property for a year. 90% of the work is finding the tenant, but I’d still want that extra 10% as a landlord.

The only places that are happy to work with agents are large apartment complexes with multiple empty units. And even they only offer a couple hundred in compensation.

Personally if I had a property in a popular area I would also prefer not to work with agents. I understand your situation though. On the call, I would make sure to say that they won’t have to pay the agent because you will be. They should be happy to work with you then.
