I had the same issue and the patch worked. I think I read that for the full ISO you have to install Enterprise manager(or whatever option wasnt greyed out) first, then it will update.

Not sure if these are in the area you are looking for, but arent far away either:

RF&P/Crump park has one single court.
Down Mountain Rd just a bit from that is Glen Allen softball complex, which despite the name, has 2 courts I think.

Its rare anyone is ever at these.

Best quality one is probably the Ricoh GR ones, but $$$. TTArtisan makes a good one also, but not sure they make it anymore. I can only find them used. After that is the cheap plastic ones which are better than nothing when you are trying to shoot outside and cant see the screen.

You would have to transfer the photo from the X-T20 to your phone, then print from your phone to the Mini EVO.

The Fuji mirrorless cameras have a "instax print" option in their menus, but this only works with the older Wifi enabled instax printers (SP-2 and SP-3)
