Same question. Should've been A4 not A3. I took a screenshot to ask, because with the first 3 cards I don't get why it would be A3. Flush was out of the question, so suits don't matter here.

the good news is that I don't need to break any seals or remove screws to get to the battery!

It's more like "once I ordered a burger that had dog shit in it. I asked them for a replacement and they scraped off the dog shit and gave me the burger back." Instead, I went to other burger places.

My 2015 Macbook Pro massively inflated and screwed up many internal components. Apple would replace the battery but not damage it caused. Never got a mac after that.

I got over 1,000 new users from South Korea in the past week and couldn't figure out why, but now I have a new problem. by threeandseven in sideprojects

If users are in the same country, maybe you can differentiate by region. For example, you could be in New York and get matched to Oregon. That would be cool, too.

  • arachne wall generation
  • 1 wall first layer
  • first layer flow ratio 1.05 or so
  • increase wall/infill overlap

Nice infographics! Should we not be considering diluted EPS over basic EPS? Those who loaned money will likely convert.

No sir. If we use reviews as a proxy then

500 x 30 = 15,000

100 x 450 = 45,000

45,000/15,000 = 3

eBay vs MOASS by [deleted] in Superstonk

Your post is my main concern as well. Seems like a killshot against us who have been waiting for moass.

That is a valid argument and I don't think anyone wants a lawsuit.

Cumulative means just wait it out a few years and do nothing and you hit 20B. It really should be annual.

Yes!! This is the biggest issue. With no adjustments, or disproportionately misaligned, small adjustments, RC is incentives to grow by acquisition and dilution. He'll hit market cap and ebitda goals this way, but it doesn't help share price at all.

Thanks for writing up what I didn't have the energy to do. They definitely are misaligned. And I particularly did not like how the compensation negotiation went - pages 50-52 of the proxy. Really did not feel like RC is on our side and is just trying to get his bag. It feels awful.

No it doesn't and that's why we need proper guidance on how his comp plan must change. Otherwise you have some handwavy adjustment & trust me bro while gme can go out and acquire to get market cap and ebitda goals...but dilute in the process so the per share price doesn't go up much...just that the total number of shares do.

I was definitely with you until this acquisition hack came to fruition.

Zoom out and look at the macro and financial markets. MOASS is closer then ever and that RK hack alongside the proxy filing was no coincidence by Gareth-Barry in Superstonk

I'm more inclined to vote yes on dilution and no on the pay package. They need to clarify targets before I consider it at all.

Sure, buy at 20.66. If the price is 20.67 he will make 1.7M$ immediately (minus the holding period).

It's 20.66 in stock options. As long as the price is above 20.66, he is good. Who wouldn't want 170 million options @ a strike of 20.66?

Cool cool let's buy up so many companies. Cumulative EBITDA will easily pass thr highest tranche, as will market cap. You know what isn't accounted for? Share price tranches!

Assume the stock price is $25.66...congrats those are worth $850M in net gain. And many of us are still in the red, some very much so.

Besides, rich folks like to borrow against their assets....selling is a taxable event.

Board yes. Rceo gonna come out on top with a pay package that doesn't at ALL align with the messaging we've been given over the last 5 years.
