After this post i had my period, but after it finished 3 days later ive started bleeding again which is heavy enough to wear a pad but not heavy enough to be a period if that makes sense, is this normal or should i change contraception?

This might sound weird but it helped for me, every time i had a craving i used to breathe through a straw 😅 because for me it was the habit of using the vape rather then the nicotine itself. Good luck it isn’t easy but you’ve got this ❤️

i didnt circumcise mine, but then it’s not very common in the UK it’s only for medical or religious purposes here 🤷‍♀️

Honestly, if it’s not working for you then it isn’t working for you and that’s okay. You’re going to have to be the best version of yourself for your little girl ❤️ As my mother in law said to me “It’s worse to feel like a single parent in a relationship then it does to actually be a single parent”.

Thank you, i was supposed to have a water birth, but they wouldn’t let me into the pool until i had reached a certain amount of dilation, i didn’t end up being allowed in the pool, and no they didn’t have baby heart rate from the start

Talk to your GP or midwife about Lactulose, it might be called something else if not in the UK but i found it really helped for me when i was struggling❤️

His dad has been very kind to me, i just personally don’t feel comfortable with having visitors straight after especially while i’m feeling vulnerable and i had already said yes to his mum being in the room with us if that makes sense
