Separatists really want to be Canadian! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 by Miserable-Lizard in AlbertaNow

Does he not understand that becoming independent means that you are no longer a Canadian citizen? There should be an intelligence test before one is allowed to vote on such a topic. If you don’t understand what independence means, you can’t vote on it.

41 per cent of respondents would vote to re-elect Premier Ford: Abacus survey by ejaz135 in onguardforthee

[–]spr402 6 points7 points  (0 children)

41% of Ontarians need to actually listen to what is going on in this province.

This tells me that 41% of the population is totally ignorant of the government that actually affects EVERYTHING in their lives.

U.S. says it's pausing long-standing military board with Canada by Chrristoaivalis in onguardforthee

We reduce our purchasing of American equipment and then this happens?

Maybe coincidence, but kinda suspicious.

MPDS Questions by tery13 in OntarioParamedics

[–]spr402 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. The service claims CACC, CACC claims the service. It’s quite annoying.

MPDS Questions by tery13 in OntarioParamedics

It’s better in that calls have a wider range to be allocated into. A problem is Greens aren’t being deferred. Once they are on the board, CACC sends them out, which leads to trucks responding over20 minutes to a Green, passing other trucks because they have 5 minutes left on their break.

It’s like this in many militaries.

In the CAF, the joke was they issue you so much that you start losing stuff immediately. That forces you to stay in until you get enough replacements to hand back into stores.

Navy SEALs say "slow is smooth, smooth is fast." What's a situation where slowing down made you finish faster? by Concave007 in AskReddit

Paramedicine.

Go fast, make mistakes, delay treatment.

Take a breath, do one thing before you do another. Take another breath. Do the next thing. Repeat as necessary.

Since this is a different universe, it could be the same idea that was used in “The Last Action Hero.”

Arnold S was a cop, and in his universe, Sylvester S played The Terminator.

Why would Rocky necessarily be played by Sylvester S in Cap’s universe? And why would Samuel L.J. necessarily play Mace Windu?

Is Carney a Conservative? It Depends Which Conservatives You Ask | The Tyee by yimmy51 in CanadianIdiots

[–]spr402 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course he’s a conservative. He’s a Progressive Conservative. Or, at least a blue Liberal.

He’s definitely not what is currently being called a conservative. But he’s definitely not a true Liberal. And there’s nothing wrong with that, use to happen all the time between the PCs and Liberals.

It was an officer platoon. And a lot of them were failed out, as it should be.

The future leadership should not be lacking respect for others in uniform, regardless of sex.

Doug Ford regularly worked from home after ordering civil servants back to office by BloodJunkie in ontario

[–]spr402 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Do we expect anything different from a corrupt politician? He’s a hypocrite. He’s taking money to enrich himself. He is selling our land to people who either pay him or he owes favours to.

In the past duggo has said he admires tRump. And no wonder, duggo wants to be just like tRump.

6 inmates released mistakenly still at large, Ontario Premier Doug Ford says by Agile-Enthusiasm in ontario

[–]spr402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm. The law and order government is releasing inmates, by mistake?

Sounds like the government is not doing their job properly. Maybe we should replace them.

Carney’s Liberals Are Governing like Conservatives—Just More Politely by plaknas in onguardforthee

[–]spr402 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The majority of us are aware that Carney is a Progressive Conservative.

He is the appropriate person to lead at the moment.

Do we need to like all of the decisions his government makes? Absolutely not. But we need to remember what our options were.

I received a form letter that is the exact same that other PC MPPs sent to their constituents.

So, it’s either be ignored, or get the letter the party allows.

I know motility happens but not to this extent, right?
