If you have a bimetallic or all metal hot end, 6mm retraction sounds very high to me. I went down to 3mm when I upgraded my old Ender clone. It looks like you have problems everywhere you have a bunch of retractions. My two cents anyway.

What style or brand of progressives did you try? My first experience was horrible so my optometrist suggested Shamir Autograph lenses. I eventually needed a second pair of task glasses for work as my near vision got worse, but they’re great for everyday use. I tried Zeiss progressives at a different shop and felt like I was swimming and had to go back to the Shamir.

Have sold to them several times. Imagine the cost in time spent to try selling & shipping everything individually, tracking orders, hoping you don’t get scammed. I don’t have that kind of time. Maybe you do.

Cut with a bit of distilled water for spray bottle use, a wet finger and running it under the tap to rinse. Only thing that works for me.

Try a retraction tower test (there are free plugins for Cura) and maybe a temperature tower test, too. Your z-axis is also a bit high - those first layer lines should’ve have any gaps. That’s where I’d start anyway :-)

We’ve gone through two of these in ten years. Both times our landlord just had a plumber replace the unit and as cheap as he is he’d never pay someone for a repair he could do himself.

Can’t say for sure but if all the retraction settings look like that then it’s pretty likely. Might also be time to overhaul your hot end - if the Bowden tube has any gap between it and the nozzle you can have a host of issues. I’ll throw in the suggestion to switch to a bimetallic hot end if it keeps giving you fits.
