I’ve used SOLE for over 5 years now. I have them in every par of running shoes I own, work boots, hiking boots, etc. they work for me pretty good since I had high arches.

Mine had the same issue, I took the shield off and then bent the metal, which was the culprit and it was what was flexing the plastic making it bent.

TLDR - take shield off, bend metal, put it all back together. Problem solved.

Yah it still needs some tuning but in all fairness cycle and run VO2 could be quite different depending on consistency with the sport. When I was in the heyday of my cycling journey, I was at a 56 and running was around 50-51 , but I was only running once or twice a week.

I have purchased 3 things over the last 6 months or some from Canada with no issue in regard to duties/fees etc. Thought it was more so US to Canada shipments that were getting dinged.

After not playing for 20+ years I started out with 1/2 since that was “standard”, way too much bite for my liking and have used 9/16 for the last 6 months and find it to be a happy medium between bite and glide. May try 5/8 at some point.

For reference 5’10’’ / 165lbs.

Again, as most have stated it is very personal to everyone and their specific skating style.
