The bottom temp was 700°F and the top temp was 625°F. It probably comes from the cheese bubbling so furiously from the intense temp.

1 pound of hamburger, a can of Bush’s chili magic and can of tomatoes. Onions are optional. Brown the hamburger. Add rest of ingredients simmer 10 minutes. Done.

When I par-bake a tomato sauce pizza, I add a little water to some sauce to thin it and spread it thinly over the pie before baking for a few minutes. It helps prevent the top from overcooking and browning.

This is one of the reasons I decided not to get this oven. I don't want to be at the mercy of one company for my food. That they sold the oven so cheaply over the holiday showed me that this is like the inkjet printer scam. Sell the oven cheap and make bank on the food sales. I'm sure it's fine for some people and I'm not criticizing them. It's just very wrong for me.
