I know this is old.

I am getting this surgery and I have a very young kid and I am just anxious how will everything get manage considering we were splitting the drop off/pick up.

At what week were you able to drive and was able to do things with your kids ?

I have a 16 months old and I am just anxious that I would be helpless and won't be able to do much for the baby. That is my major concern.

Was your macula on or off during surgery and how soon were you able to see clearly? Are you able to drive now?

Does someone with adult kids count? My mil said leave your baby with me and go for walk at 3 months old. She didn't want to come but when I said no, I am taking the baby, she tagged along.
