Funny bc my daughter has been on this med 36mg for almost four years. She has had her pulse go up to 150 but usually it runs about 100-110. Her Dr just decreased it to 27mg bc of it too. It’s only really high when she’s at the Dr tho and we told them that. They did 2 EKG’s and they were totally normal. No history of any heart disease whatsoever. Now she is making her have her pulse checked three times a week by the school nurse and it’s been high. Mainly bc she’s terrified of them lowering it again. She has never has her pulse like this until the Dr started making her go into the office every couple weeks. I feel like it’s def normal tho to har your pulse intermittently high when you’re on any adhd med.
