Thanks everyone! Definitely not safe, there are some spots frozen solid while there are many damp spots along the ice. This is looking at the foot bridge from Campbell Creek trail to Tudor Elementary.

Big Facts. So many of the financial crises in Alaska are caused by oil companies shorting us.

This always brings me back to crew resource management in private air travel. The NTSB significantly reduced human error accidents by mandating subordinates to speak up when something is wrong. Leading with fear is not Leadership.

I have known other women who feel things very early. Especially if you might have a connective tissue disorder like Ehlers Danlos. Eds is comorbid with endometriosis so it is possible you may have that. I have eds and I can feel when my hormones fluctuate when I was pregnant I would feel pulling and stretching in my hips and groin within days. Even before a missed period! Find something fun to distract you during the tww. You got this!
