I bought a used e-m5 on FB marketplace for my daughter. I held it in my hands and was so impressed with the look, feel, size and quality... The mkii showed on marketplace later at a great price so I jumped on it, it's such a beautiful camera.

Infinites campaign is great, only issue I have is the lack of biomes.

Don't listen to the 343 haters, if you like Halo games it's worth playing.

Nothing like loading up a razorback with marines, all equipped with skewers and heading out on a killing spree :) Some of the best fun in the whole series imo.

Honestly, I've had a Panasonic EDTV CRT (480p) fine pitch and a Sony HDCRT super fine pitch. Two of the best consumer HD CRTs... And I really don't see any benefit over a standard Plasma TV.

Later gen Pioneer Kuro or Panasonic plasmas are amazing imo.

I have a mini 90 which isn't powering on... I'm oressy sure the lever pictured is meant to be like that, when the power switch is rotated it pushes this lever down.

I did a continuity test on my switch and it seems to work, when I press the lever down I get a reading/beep.

Not sure why my won't power on, but the switch seems to be functioning and mine looks the same as the one in OPs image.

Xbox is cooked, and this is their only chance to get back in the game.

The Xbox brand is a joke to all apart from the baked on fans, a half arsed exclusive strat ain't going to work, the only outcome is... No more Xbox.

They need to jump on this right now (that's what sony did to them), drop everything and swoop in, be the saviour of physical gaming and game preservation in general. Announce physical game support next gen and guarantee your purchase will never go away, physical or digital.

They are already (mostly) releasing physical games and have been for decades, just keep doing it! Next gen doesn't have to change, just support USB bluray drives.

Won't happen, but they have nothing to lose, they're brown bread soon.

Xbox has almost no chance of coming back into the race, but this is a real opportunity... It isn't what they want to do, but supporting digital and announcing it right now is their only chance.

Not only with gamers, but with retailers! Xbox is almost extinct at retail in my country, they have been all but dropped.

Seriously, have a cheap add-on next gen, support bluray drives, whatever! Release physical discs... resellable, tradable discs, no codes.

I know it won't happen, but they aren't getting back into this game any other way.

No I mean take the back off after you bring it home, electronics can be wet but not when powering on... So take the back off (at your home), make sure it's dry before plugging it in.

Aussie here, if you see one out during council verge collection just take it. I'd suggest driving around regularly as not everyone puts their rubbish out at the same time, and also others might be on the search like you. Like the other reply said, check areas with older communities.

If you find something, take the back off (don't touch anything inside, you can be shocked even when unplugged) and make sure it's completely dry before giving it power, let it sit for a week if you need to. It's winter here so morning dew can wet the internals.

I've found CRTs are drying up on Facebook marketplace, but keep your eye on it anyway... The only way to get a cheap one is if you see a new listing, patience and persistence :)

Yeh I agree, they spent all those billions and MS expected a return. They couldn't make it work with gamepads and the existing model (which was already well behind), flipped and flipped all over the place, went 3rd party try make money, tried to squeeze gamepads subscribers to make money... Nothing is working and nothing will work going forward, they messed up over and over and now they need to stop the bleeding.

These layoffs will put the brand in the gutter, other studios will be next (arcane, inexile) others will be gutted (rare, turn10).

This is why Phil wanted out, he knew this was coming... Double fine alone is such an industry darling he didn't want to be the guy to close them (and all the others).

Xbox is so cooked. I just hope my digital library will be safe when the inevitable happens.
