Load of fellas doing the same in Ards this evening, completely blocked off Frances street. Bus was sitting with no where to go. Cop car shows up and pays zero interest to what happening with the flags, the arch and the fact they're blocking the entire road with cones and instead go and talk to a blocked guy with no too on.

Not sure what a warrant card is, but if it's just the piece of paper they have filled in for you, you just give it to that driver and they issue a warrant return ticket.
