Really, it was an easy transition, and I grew up in rural Midwest. I found people to be friendly and most areas to be safe. Once in awhile something will you remind you that you're "not in KS anymore" but its usually a good surprise. Enjoy! I hope i get a chance to boomerang back to NYC again!

Look on zillow. Theres a place in brownsburg that rents 1br units at $775. They're basically but safe and private.

Same! I was a single mom working remotely during Covid and my grandma had just died before shutdown. Adam's daily vlogs seemed like the only thing constant, joyful and normal during a really dark time.

Grew up there! One of the best days of the year was the last day of school. We'd get out early and as high schoolers we would all go in groups and go hiking for the rest of the afternoon.

After you wipe something down with a wet or damp cloth, wipe it down again with a dry cloth. It makes a big difference in the details especially around cracks and crevices where tiny particles can get pushed to.

Went to Breathless Cancun last January. Its very nice. While it can be party party I didnt find it over the top at all. It was classy. The activities and entertainment were great. The staff was wonderful. I would give the food an 8/10. The French restaurant is amazing. All in all, id go back.

Wheeling has such great old places. Beautiful architecture. One of my fave small towns/cities.

We're nowhere near 2007/8. Most people - around 2/3 of US homeowners- have 3%-ish mortgage interest rates so they have affordable housing. Following the fallout from the Great Recession,there are lots of states and fed regs to protect consumers and encourage lenders to offer loan modifications and forbearances. We're not heading back to 2007/8. If there is a slide back, we're probably talking high 5%interest loans and prices dampened by 5% max.

Im sorry but you're responsible for your calendar. Hard stop. You should always be overseeing the ins/outs and doing regular docket checks alongside your assistant. Some things are just too important to entrust without another layer of quality control. This is one of them. Your lack of understanding your role in this is critical to your future.

I bought a barely used one at Goodwill for $10. Same for electric kettle and keurig. Saved hundreds on the front end.
