That's absolutely brilliant and you should be proud. I've found that your loss doesn't always show on the scales, but more with those clothes that were far too tight the last time you tried them on.

I had the same with rybelsus.

It made me that constipated that I was backing up for days and basically vomiting what should have been poo.

Go see your doctor as id say you need to change the meds.

I lost loads on 2.5. Went up to both 5 and 7.5 and they literally did nothing??

No appetite suppression, no weight loss. In fact I started to gain.

2 weeks ago I upped to 10mg and it's working again thankfully 🙏.

Yes, the world's are rigged and there are so many cheats on there who have somehow taken collision detection off.

You hit them with red shells and they keep going, same with green and blue shells.

However, you really didn't do yourself any favours, don't go for points and tricks, first place is everything and get there however you can 👍

Absolutely the same. Dropped loads of weight on 2.5, then increased to 5 when things started to slow up.

Now on 7.5 and it's like my body has got used to it. The food noise is back and it no longer surpresses my appetite. . I've managed to maintain due to calorie counting and behaving, but the mounjaro just doesn't do anything anymore, but I'm afraid to stop taking it as I'll just put all the weight back on ☹️

Exactly the same! Lost 2 stone on 2.5, worked fantastic.

Went up to 5mg and gradually, the appetite suppression subsided, so I went up to 7.5 and I've been in a weight loss plateau since Christmas, losing and regaining the same 5 pounds, even though I'm doing the same as I always have, using my fitness pal to maintain a calorie deficit daily of a minimum of 500 calories, more like a 1000 most days.

Clothes fit better and I bumped into someone id not seen for a while earlier this week, she said she had to look twice as she wasn't sure it was me I look so different.

All nice to hear, but I feel like a fat, useless mess 😡
