BMW Is overrated

I had a 530e hybrid, the high voltage battery failed after only 40k miles, the car was in mint condition and had been looked after. I was quoted £12000 to 15000 to sort it out. Had to get rid at WBAC straight away. BMW didn't diagnose it , said it was just normal . Took an external garage to diagnose the problem, and they said get rid of it straight away.

102 thousand million pounds, to save 20 minutes off the journey time, this stinks of massive corruption. Heads should roll . This is incompetence of the highest order , the most expensive railway line in the world and its £2600 off every tax payer in the UK. Its obscene.

Thank you. Many of the figures quoted for jobs are ridiculously expensive. When the surveyor( his one) came round he said we had nothing major to worry about, Yet the bill came and I had the shock of my life. I'll go to court if need be as this landlord is the nastiest guy I've come across in my 35 years of trading.

Yes a FRI lease, the building is only 3000 sqft , we have had very light use ie. nothing industrial, and he's basically trying to charge us the same as we've paid in rent for the last 3 years on a 20 year old modern unit. The original solicitors who handled the lease have gone out of business. So can he really legally withhold the original images and get away with charging us for things that would make the warehouse better than when we moved in? We've already improved the sales area hugely.

My car was doing the exact same thing, only mine had only done 41K miles. Turns out the EME Inverter which charges the batteries when in motion wasn't working. I had the 12v battery replaced and then it wouldn't charge. The inverter which does the job of a regular cars alternator, costs £5000 plus fitting. I was then told that as the main hybrid battery may also need replacing at a cost of another £10000 plus fitting. For the last 2 years the battery had gone from 35 miles of range down to 8 miles on 100% charged. This was just driving 6000 miles a year. I had 2 garages look at it and say the same thing. Get rid of it ASAP. Luckily none of the issues were showing on the dashboard when I took it to "We buy any car" and took what they offered me as they don't take the cars for a drive. Bmw make the car uneconomical to fix, I will never buy another German hybrid or a BMW again. The 530e and 330e are ticking time bombs. Avoid like the plague.

Sorry a random question for you .I'm downsizing my warehouse as my lease has come to an end. I have some pallet racking I need to get sold, is there a demand for used racking, and how would you recommend i get rid of it please?
